Research and develop creative visual concepts aligned with project objectives and brand requirements.
Generate ideas through sketches, mood boards, visual references, and design exploration.
Design a wide range of graphic applications including environmental graphics, exhibition graphics, infographics, interpretive content, signage, wayfinding systems, and branded experiences.
Translate concepts into visually compelling solutions that communicate clearly and effectively.
Develop artwork from concept through final production, ensuring consistency in visual quality and design intent.
Prepare artwork files, production drawings, and print-ready artwork for fabrication and installation.
Collaborate closely with designers, content developers, project managers, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure designs are delivered accurately and within project timelines.
Apply strong typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy across different formats and environments.
Adapt design concepts across different scales, formats, materials and spatial applications while maintaining a consistent visual language.
Review colour proofs, mock-ups, production samples, and fabricated outputs to ensure quality standards are achieved.
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and production teams to ensure design specifications are properly executed.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that graphic installations align with approved designs and project requirements.
Support troubleshooting and refinement during installation when required.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, environmental graphic design, exhibition design, or related creative fields.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and graphic execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat.
Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, and information design.
Ability to develop creative solutions across different design styles and project requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in exhibitions, museums, galleries, attractions, retail environments, themed entertainment, or experiential projects.
Knowledge of environmental graphics, signage, interpretation, and wayfinding design.
Understanding of fabrication methods, materials, large-format printing, and production processes.
Basic knowledge of spatial design and visitor experience design.
Experience conducting site inspections and coordinating graphic installations.
