Job summary

MODELLSCAPE (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a 3D Designer, Creative Catalyst for events, exhibitions and conferences.

You will develop and conceptualise 2D design proposals, assist senior designers, and collaborate with the project sales team to shape proposals. You will attend client meetings, contribute creative ideas, oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to final artwork, and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the event industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (PS, AI, ID, Acrobat) and MS Office programs.

3D Designer, Creative Catalyst (Events, Exhibitions, Conferences)

Responsibilities

• Develop, research and conceptualise 2D design proposals
• Assist senior designer in creating captivating visuals and proposal
• Work closely with the project sales team in understanding the project requirement and conceptualise ideals for the proposal
• Play an active role in contributing creative ideas
• Attend client meeting and internal briefing related to the project
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final artwork production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all creative deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the event industry
• Highly proficient in graphic/creative design programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and reasonable fluency in Microsoft office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc.).
• Strong in creative storytelling and design mastery
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and self motivated
• Fast learner with can-do attitude
• Ability to manage tight deadline and concurrent running projects
