Job summary

Rankine&Hill (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM/CAD Drafter to develop and manage 3D BIM models for civil and structural projects. You will collaborate with engineers to capture requirements and ensure models meet project needs, producing detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architectural and M&E teams, conducting quality checks, and maintaining BIM documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic hand drafting skills required.
• Experience using Autodesk Revit modeling and AutoCAD in a consultancy setting preferred.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
• Graduate of a qualified technical program or school.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage 3D BIM models for civil and structural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards and specifications.

2. Work closely with engineers to gather project requirements and ensure that BIM models meet project needs.

3. Prepare detailed drawings and documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, using BIM software such as Revit & AutoCAD.

4. Coordinate with other design disciplines (e.g. Architectural, M&E) to integrate their models into the overall project BIM model and resolve any clashes or conflicts.

5. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure they meet project standards and specifications.

6. Manage and maintain all BIM-related project documentation, ensuring all files are up to date and accessible to the project team.

7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and practices and explore new tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.

8. Any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor (Director/CEO)

Qualifications:
