Job summary

AUGMENT INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a design professional to manage the full design process for sports lifestyle fashion products, from concept through production, researching trends, and delivering collections tailored for local and overseas markets.

Qualifications include a Diploma in Graphic Design or Fashion Design, at least 2 years in garment design, and proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred. Immediate availability is welcome.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the design process from concept to production, including research, sketching, fabric and color selection, and fittings.
• Research trends, colors, and fabrics to generate innovative ideas for collections.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet specifications, requirements, and deadlines.
• Customize regional product designs to meet local and overseas partner needs.
• Deliver planned product quantities within set deadlines to support business goals.
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and relevant parties to oversee merchandise development.
• Conduct costing and competitiveness studies to optimize pricing and quality.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze trends, colors, and fabrics to generate innovative ideas that enhance company collections
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure designs meet specifications, requirements, and deadlines

• Deliver planned product quantities within set deadlines to support business goals
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and other relevant parties to oversee merchandise development and construction
• Conduct costing and competitiveness studies on merchandise and materials to optimize pricing and quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the garment and design industry
