Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP in Singapore is seeking a passionate Footwear Designer for our women’s design team. You’ll translate global fashion trends into commercial footwear concepts and collaborate with development and materials teams in Asia to bring designs to life.

You’ll manage projects from sketch to final product, balance creativity with deadlines, and present polished visuals. Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, plus a portfolio across heels, boots and sneakers, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Proven footwear design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong sketching skills, digital or hand-drawn.
• Experience across multiple footwear categories is a plus.
• Open to relocation to Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
• Proven experience and portfolio in footwear design and product development
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Confident in sketching (digital or by hand) and developing compelling visual presentations
• Experience across multiple footwear categories (heels, boots, sneakers, etc.) is a plus
• Confident working with materials, silhouettes, and color stories
• Strong original design aesthetics with a modern, trend-aware perspective
• Open-minded, curious, and eager to contribute to a shared creative vision
• Receptive to feedback and adaptable in your approach
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Able to balance creativity with deadlines and deliverables
