Job summary

Ambiq Micro in Singapore is seeking a self-motivated student engineer to join our verification team. You will verify digital designs, including SoCs with multiple CPUs, DSPs, and security hardware for IoT applications.

Responsibilities include building scalable test benches with SystemVerilog/UVM, developing test plans, and performing full-chip DV tasks while aiming for high coverage and robust debugging. Edge AI inference experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in EE/CE with relevant coursework.
• Familiar with Verilog/SystemVerilog and verification concepts.
• Proficient in Python, Perl, Tcl, or C/C++.
• Comfortable in a Linux/UNIX environment.
• Knowledge of AMBA AXI/AHB/APB protocols.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Verify digital designs including SoCs with multiple CPUs and DSPs for IoT.
• Develop test plans at block, sub-system, and chip levels.
• Execute SoC-based verification at full-chip.
• Implement scalable test benches using SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Develop test cases, stimulus, and checkers to achieve high coverage.
• Automate the test environment for randomized testing and scoreboarding.
