Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced electrical design leader to manage the complete lifecycle of electrical engineering projects. You will guide technical teams, create SLDs and layouts for power, lighting, and ELV systems, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure on-time delivery and budget compliance.

• Technical Skills: BIM/Revit platforms, and electrical power calculation software.

• Oversees the complete electrical engineering design lifecycle, managing technical teams and ensuring compliance with safety codes and project budgets.
• Lead the electrical design team in creating SLDs, schematic layouts, and specifications for power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
• Oversee project scheduling, resourcing, budgets, and deliverables from conceptual stage through on-site execution.
• Review designs to find cost-saving options and improve constructability without sacrificing safety or performance.
• Coordinate electrical packages with mechanical, fire safety, architectural, and structural teams.
• Ensure all system designs meet local electrical codes and standards.

Job description

Job Scope:

• Oversees the complete electrical engineering design lifecycle, managing technical teams, and ensuring all building or industrial services comply with safety codes and project budgets
• Lead the electrical design team in creating single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic layouts, and technical specifications for power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage (ELV) systems
• Oversee project scheduling, resourcing, budgets, and deliverables from the conceptual stage through detailed design and on-site execution
• Review designs to find cost-saving options and improve "constructability" without reducing safety or performance
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate electrical packages with mechanical, fire safety, architectural, and structural teams
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all system designs meet local electrical codes and standards

Requirement:

• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: More than 5 years of relevant design and project management experience in an engineering consultancy or LTA Project.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM/Revit platforms, and electrical power calculation software.
