Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in programme operations, delivery, or coordination within academic/public sectors.
• Experience supporting student programmes, scholarships, or large-scale events is advantageous.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management with senior academics, industry partners and internal stakeholders.
• Meticulous with strong accuracy in administrativE processes, financial documentation, records and reporting.
• Commitment to student development and success with responsive, professional support within a structured programme.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end execution of the scholarship lifecycle across outreach, admissions, and selection.
• Lead and execute selection processes with rigour and consistency.
• Ensure accurate, compliant scholarship disbursement and financial processing with accountability for delivery.
• Continuously optimise workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability and service outcomes.
• Deliver timely, data-driven operational insights to support governance and decision-making.
