Qualifications

• ACMV system design experience or knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed M&E shop drawings and as-built drawings for ACMV systems.
• Develop coordination drawings integrating multidisciplinary inputs.
• Update drawings through project lifecycle to reflect changes and ensure standards.
• Manage BIM models, families, templates, annotations, and schedules.
• Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings to improve collaboration.
• Implement drawing amendments promptly and ensure technical quality.

• Prepare detailed M&E shop drawings, section details, and as‑built drawings for ACMV systems to ensure accurate project documentation and execution
• Collaborate with project teams to develop coordination drawings that integrate multidisciplinary inputs and support seamless project delivery
• Maintain and update drawings throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and ensure compliance with project standards
• Manage project models including families, templates, annotations, and schedules to optimize BIM workflows and enhance project accuracy
• Participate actively in BIM Coordination Meetings by sharing insights and feedback that influence project outcomes and improve collaboration
• Support project leaders by implementing drawing amendments promptly and verifying adherence to technical and quality standards
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and apply BIM tools and CAD software to enhance drafting efficiency and project quality
