Job summary

CES_SDC Pte Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve design discrepancies and ensure construction drawings meet project requirements.

You will coordinate with the drafting team, track submissions and revisions, review drawings for completeness, and manage responses to RFIs while ensuring compliance with codes and authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizens only.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in construction or design.

• Track design submission, approval and revision using registers and logs, ensuring version control and document traceability
• Review drawings for completeness, consistency and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate responses to RFI, design clarification and site queries to ensure timely resolution of technical issues during construction
• Facilitate and document design coordination meeting by preparing agenda, taking minutes and following up on action items
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and authority requirements in design submission and drawings
