Job summary

Cw Builder Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage architectural coordination and project progress across our civil construction teams.

You will oversee shop drawings, samples, mockups and materials, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for contract and procurement management, coordinating estimates, interpreting plans, and inspecting sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management and architectural trades.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Preferably with Design & Build Building experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with civil construction team to monitor progress.
• Coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, samples, mockups, and materials; supervise progress to avoid conflicts.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for contract and procurement management.
• Coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans, and inspect construction sites.
• Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system-wide and in-house contractors if required.

• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management
• To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites
• Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system wide and in-house contractors if required
