Job summary

CLX Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable project-oriented architect or coordinator to oversee design coordination, shop drawings, and materials submissions while tracking progress on site.

The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams on complex builds. The position emphasizes ensuring compliance, coordinating drawings, evaluating specifications, and inspecting sites in a fast-paced Design & Build environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project compliance with regulations by revising designs as needed to satisfy clients.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and shop drawings; submit and update status of samples, mockups, and materials; supervise progress to reduce conflicts and rework.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management.
• Coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites.
• Compile and hand over architectural documentation including as-built drawings.

• To ensure the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction


• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work.


• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management


• To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites


• Compile and handover of architectural documentations including as-built drawing submissions
