Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in project delivery, construction management, or infrastructure development.
  • 8+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale facilities or complex projects.
  • Strong experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
  • Deep understanding of MEP systems, mission-critical environments, commissioning, and project controls.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data center developments from concept design through commissioning and handover.
  • Establish and execute project delivery strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Drive project milestones and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across different markets.
  • Manage architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialist design consultants.
  • Ensure design solutions meet operational, technical, commercial, sustainability, and customer requirements.
  • Review and approve design deliverables throughout all project phases.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives while maintaining quality, reliability, and resilience standards.
  • Lead contractor procurement, contract negotiations, and project execution strategies.
  • Monitor construction progress, cost, quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Provide executive oversight on project performance and resolve critical issues impacting delivery.
  • Implement governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and project controls.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders including customers, consultants, contractors, authorities, and utility providers.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.
  • Support customer technical due diligence and project-related discussions.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
  • Drive cost optimization without compromising facility performance and reliability.
  • Review change orders, claims, and contractual matters.
  • Ensure appropriate financial controls and project reporting.
  • Oversee commissioning planning and execution.
  • Ensure successful transition from construction to operations.
  • Drive operational readiness and acceptance processes.
  • Support customer fit-out, testing, and occupancy activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years in a leadership role managing large‑scale mission‑critical facilities, data centers, industrial, semiconductor, or complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and project teams.
  • Deep understanding of MEP systems, mission‑critical environments, commissioning, and project controls.
