Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in planning and formulating action plans.




• Draft design drawings and technical standards under supervision.




• Conduct cell analysis and evaluation.

• Undertake assigned projects or tasks from supervisors, including alternate roles.




• Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, following all relevant safety procedures and regulations.




• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards.




• Understand environmental policies, objectives, and corporate requirements.




• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for various battery cells.




• Support line expansions and material change initiatives for cost efficiency.




• Engage in design reviews and standardization efforts to enhance quality and productivity.




• Collaborate with QA and sales departments regarding customer inquiries and support quality investigations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Mechanical, Material, or Chemical Engineering is preferred.




• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.




• Strong analytical, project management, and troubleshooting skills.




• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.




• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging environments.




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, JMP, SPC, DOE, and Statistics is advantageous.




• Capacity to work in cleanroom and dry room conditions (0% humidity).
