Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a seasoned Trading Operations Specialist (AVP) to oversee Derivatives and FX trade services. You will manage the control framework, ensure compliance with SOPs, and coordinate with Front Office, Settlements, and Technology to support secure trade execution and timely settlements.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in a similar role with strong market knowledge, product understanding, and experience liaising with traders, risk, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years in a similar position.
• Experience working with stakeholders within the bank (Finance/ Traders/ Risk etc).
• Good market and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Control Framework of the team (e.g. EOD checklist, incident management, timely breaks management).
• Review and implement new business processes into the team.
• Own and govern the client delivery framework and ensure team members understand the Client Experience and how they impact it.
• Face off to internal and external counterparties (audit, compliance, market heads, brokers, custodians).
