OCBC Group is seeking a Derivatives Support Officer to manage post-execution support for Equities and Rates derivative products. The role involves ensuring timely trade capture in the core banking system, proactive lifecycle management, and robust controls in a high-pressure environment.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Trading Desks, and Technology to manage risk, perform daily MAS/HKMA reporting enrichment, and support project deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in Private Bank Operations, equities settlements or equity derivatives.
• Strong written & verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with Temenos/TriResolve is preferred; VBA is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Trade Capture and lifecycle management: ensure accurate trade capture and processing into core platform within regulatory timelines.
• End of Day controls: reconcile and investigate inter-system breaks; escalate as needed.
• Collateral management: reconcile BOS cash collateral and liaise with risk for disputes.
• Documentation and reconciliation: validate ISDA confirmations against trade bookings; monitor non-receipt and escalate.
• Change management: identify control gaps; contribute to process improvements and UAT in projects.
• Ad hoc tasks: perform assignments delegated by line manager.
