Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an AVP in Trade Services – Derivatives & FX Trade Services to join our trading operations. You will work closely with Front Office, Trading Desks, Settlements and Technology to ensure accurate execution, risk control and timely settlements.

The role emphasizes governance of the control framework, process optimization, and strong client delivery alignment with SOPs. Collaboration across teams and with external counterparties is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in a similar position.
• Experience collaborating with Front Office, Traders, Settlements, and Risk.
• Solid knowledge of settlement systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the team’s control framework and SOP adherence.
• Review and implement new business processes within the team.
• Maintain client delivery framework and improve client experience.
• Handle exceptions and escalations with timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal/external counterparties and stakeholders.
