Job summary

ITE College East is seeking a Deputy Manager in the Student Services Department to support nearly 8,000 students. You will manage bursaries, financial assistance schemes, and fee-related matters while collaborating with students and parents.

The role emphasizes data analysis, visualization, and the use of automation and AI-enabled tools to improve services. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience.

• Flair for administrative & finance-related work.
• A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer various opportunity fund (OF), financial assistance and bursary schemes.
• Evaluating and processing applications for student financial assistance scheme.
• Liaising with students/parents on all fee-related matters.
• Tracking of bursaries, OF Scheme and other student-related matters.
• Liaising with external agencies on bursaries and other student-related matters.
• Be adept in data analysis, visualisation and management of statistical data.
• Familiarity with automation, data visualisation and AI-enabled tools would be an advantage.
