Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and frontline staff to integrate passenger feedback into tangible enhancements across design, testing, and lifecycle management.

• Support bus design and improvement initiatives across lifecycle: design, testing, upgrades, and refinements.
• Engage with bus captains, commuters, and maintenance teams to gather feedback and translate into actions.
• Plan and support technology trials to assess safety features and new operations.
• Manage public feedback and identify systemic issues for corrective actions.
• Drive mid-life refurbishment and safety/reliability improvements for the fleet.
