Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Deputy/Assistant Manager for Bus Service Contract Management. You will oversee and optimise bus service contracts, coordinating with contracted operators, LTA divisions, and stakeholders to ensure performance and compliance.

You will review operator performance against contract requirements, handle payments and documentation, and support seamless post-tender implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise bus service contracts and other contracts with contracted operators, LTA divisions, and key stakeholders.
• Proactively manage contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance alongside relevant teams.
• Review and report operator performance against contractual requirements; monitor payments and essential documentation.
• Support seamless implementation of bus services after tender awards and assist with post-award activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate across teams to drive improvements in service delivery and contract governance.
