Job summary

CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to support integrated HR management across regional operations.

The role focuses on aligning HR policies with the parent company, localizing procedures for Galaxy Overseas, and ensuring effective cross-border communications. The successful candidate will coordinate overseas personnel matters, lead cross-cultural training, and regularly report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Familiar with HR management of securities companies.
• Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and SEA market environment.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and promoting integrated HR work plans with parent company.
• Promote localization of HR policies between entities.
• Establish daily communication and information-sharing mechanisms.
• Support pre- and post-filing for overseas personnel matters.
• Organize cross-cultural training and exchanges.
• Report progress and major HR matters to the parent company.
• Provide management suggestions for overseas HR work and implement related tasks.
• Assist Galaxy Overseas HR manager with internal HR operations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the parent company and leaders.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Assist in formulating the integrated human resources management work plan between the parent company and Galaxy Overseas, and promote its implementation.
• 2. Assist in promoting the localization of the parent company's organizational personnel and human resources management policies in Galaxy Overseas.
• 3. Participate in establishing daily communication mechanism and information connection mechanism between the parent company and Galaxy Overseas, and promote its implementation.
• 4. Assist in establishing a pre-communication and post-filing mechanism for Galaxy's important overseas personnel matters, and promote its implementation.
• 5. Assist the parent company in organizing cross-cultural training and exchanges with Galaxy Overseas.
• 6. Report work progress and major matters of Galaxy Overseas Human Resources Management to the parent company regularly /irregularly.
• 7. According to the overall management requirements of the parent company, make management suggestions for Galaxy's overseas human resources work and organize the implementation of related specific work.
• 8. Assist the HR manager of Galaxy Overseas to complete the work related to the internal HR management of Galaxy Overseas.
• 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the parent company, Galaxy Overseas and leaders.

Job Requirements

• 1. More than 5 years of experience in human resource management.
• 2. Familiar with human resource management of securities companies.
• 3. Familiar with Singapore's labor laws and the cultural environment of the Southeast Asian market.
• 4. Have cross-cultural communication skills and be able to coordinate relationships with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
