Job summary

The role involves executing IPO-related advisory work, coordinating due diligence with clients and professionals, and supporting the preparation of deal documents and marketing materials. The candidate should have 1–5 years in corporate finance or capital markets, a strong academic record, and proven IPO experience on SGX or Bursa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
• 1-5 years of corporate finance and/or capital markets working experience.
• Candidates with a proven track record in IPO deal execution on the SGX or Bursa Malaysia are preferred
• Relevant degree with excellent academic results from a reputable university.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and produce deliverables in a timely manner.
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate advisory transactions — including IPOs, secondary listings, rights issues, placements, general offers and delistings.
• Liaise with clients and other professional parties to help oversee financial, legal and commercial due diligence for IPO transactions.
• Review and assist in preparation of transaction documents for IPO and advisory engagements.
• Assist in preparation of pitch books, information memorandum and investor roadshow marketing materials.
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company-specific research.
