Qualifications

• Background: 6-10 years of fast-casual / QSR management experience at Senior Area Manager, Operations Manager, or Assistant Director level.
• Ground hardiness: experience from frontline; understands kitchen bottlenecks and can command store managers and drivers.
• Business appetite: understands P&L, gross margins, and labor cost ratios, with desire to learn corporate administration.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 (Months 1-6): achieve operational mastery of outlets, establish KPI cadences, manage procurement and maintenance to reduce stockouts and downtime.
• Phase 2 (Months 7-12): integrate HR, compliance, and cross-border logistics; review store P&Ls with MD to optimize margins.
• Phase 3 (Months 13-18+): drive marketing alignment with capacity; take finance oversight and lead the Singapore business toward GM transition.
