Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2 to 8 years of management experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership by guiding teams to achieve goals under pressure.
• Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving skills applied to resolve operational challenges.
• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution capabilities.
• Fluency in English to ensure clear communication in business contexts; additional languages are advantageous.
