Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and represent the company in key meetings to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and high standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2 to 8 years of management experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership guiding teams to achieve goals under pressure.
• Effective communication to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving skills applied to operational challenges.
• Strategic thinking with practical execution capabilities.
• Fluency in English for business contexts; additional languages are advantageous.
