A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research is seeking a Deputy Director, Workforce Intelligence and People Analytics to lead a scalable HR data and analytics foundation. You will oversee data architecture, governance, data quality, BI and advanced analytics to drive data-driven workforce decisions.

The role focuses on strengthening management reporting and dashboards, guiding the organisation from descriptive analytics toward predictive and prescriptive insights to support HR strategy

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics, statistics, data science, computer science, information systems, economics, HR or related discipline; at least 10 years in data/analytics/business intelligence/people analytics or related areas; experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead the People data architecture and governance framework across HR systems and data platforms.
• Drive data quality and integrity, identifying data issues and implementing controls for reliable reporting.
• Develop and continuously improve management reports, dashboards and workforce analytics to provide actionable insights for HR decision-making.
• Advance people analytics capabilities from descriptive to predictive to prescriptive analytics.
• Develop reusable workforce datasets and analytical capabilities integrating People, finance and operations data.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team covering BI, data engineering, predictive analytics, data architecture, governance and workforce analytics.
