Job summary

ACRA - Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority seeks a Deputy Director, Enterprise Data Services to lead the enterprise data services function for the Whole-of-Government data platform. You will shape strategy, roadmap, governance, and secure data access across agencies.

You will manage a team, engage Data Owners and vendors, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement of APIs, data sharing and master data management in a complex government data

Qualifications

Professional qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant experience leading enterprise data platforms, governance and data-sharing services.
Strong understanding of APIs, MDM, data quality and metadata management.

Responsibilities

Lead Platform Strategy & Ownership for the entity data platform serving WOG, defining the roadmap and governance.
Oversee WOG Data Services delivery, APIs, data requests and transformations with stakeholders.
Drive Data Management & Governance, data quality metrics and data-sharing arrangements.
Engage with government agencies, Data Owners and vendors on data-sharing priorities and requirements.
Manage service quality, vendor performance and security/compliance reviews.
Lead the Enterprise Data Services team, building capabilities and prioritising work.
