Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a liaison to manage engagements with government agencies, commercial vendors, and local stakeholders to exchange cyber threat intelligence. You will coordinate intelligence requests and ensure timely delivery.

Job description

What the role is:

You are responsible for managing engagements and partnerships with government agencies, commercial vendors, and other relevant local stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact to handle intelligence requests from partners, coordinate the provision and exchange of cyber threat intelligence.

What you will be working on:
  • Identify intelligence partnerships, including with government agencies, commercial vendors, and other relevant local stakeholders, to expand intelligence capabilities and source network
  • Manage forward-deployed cyber analysts, including requests for actionable intelligence, delivery timelines and ad hoc requests
  • Monitor and track the quality of information request returns, and provide regular updates on the strengths, gaps and feedback on the various cyber threat intelligence sources
  • Challenge(s)- Facilitating the timely exchange of cyber threat intelligence and other relevant intelligence with stakeholders and established intelligence partners to support decision-making
What we are looking for:
  • Education in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a relevant Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) discipline is preferred
  • Experience in military intelligence, cyber threat intelligence, cyber operations, or related intelligence functions is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to synthesise information from multiple sources
  • Resourceful and self-driven individual with excellent organisations, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to build effective working relationships across government agencies, industry partners, and the wider cybersecurity community
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in synthesising information, delivering briefings, and facilitating information sharing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
