Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Deputy Director (Group Clinical Education) to shape the strategic direction of education operations across NHG. You will work closely with top leadership to ensure robust administrative systems for clinical training and opportunities for residents and students to grow as clinicians and professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior work experience in education administration or healthcare is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Residency, Pre-Professional Education and TTSH PGY1 programmes ensuring alignment with NHG standards.
• Lead the Faculty Management & Recognition team, including appointments, evaluations and teaching awards.
• Develop and implement improvements to NHG's education delivery system and capabilities of educators and staff.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic direction for education operations.
