The Manager in National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) – NHG Group Clinical Education – plays an integral role in shaping high‑quality clinical education that supports NHG Health’s vision to train professionals for tomorrow. This role ensures governance, development and innovation of clinical education, upholding robust frameworks and systems to elevate the education strategy across NHG Health.

You will lead policy formulation with internal and external stakeholders, prepare governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of work experience.
• Experience in education administration or clinical education preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; IT/data analytics skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, independent and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy formulation, MOUs and training agreements with stakeholders.
• Prepare governance reports for senior leadership and track priorities.
• Develop departmental workplans translating priorities into education initiatives.
• Manage faculty recognition programs and educator engagement.
• Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects across clinical, academic and administrative teams.
