Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience servicing medical devices or similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electronic and electromechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO13485, service documentation, and quality compliance.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, perform preventive maintenance, upgrade software, and calibrate ZOLL medical devices.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and update records in company systems.
• Support asset sighting and audits to ensure ISO13485 and GDPMDS compliance.
• Coordinate and manage service depot workflow for efficient turnaround.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S principles.
• Provide operational support to the Service Manager and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all service activities comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.

Job Summary

The Depot Technician is responsible for providing high-quality technical service and support for ZOLL's medical devices from our service depot. This hands-on role includes troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and calibration to ensure our equipment performs reliably and safely. You will also support quality compliance, maintain accurate service records, and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the service depot.

• Maintain accurate and timely service documentation and update service records in company systems.
• Support asset sighting and audit activities to ensure compliance with ISO13485 and GDPMDS requirements.
• Coordinate and manage service depot workflow to ensure efficient turnaround of service requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workplace in accordance with 5S principles.
• Provide operational support to the Service Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all service activities comply with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.
