ZOLL Medical Corporation's Acute Care Technology division is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, repair and preventive maintenance for ZOLL equipment at hospitals in Singapore. The role includes troubleshooting, documenting service activities and training clinical staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering, with 4–6 years of hands-on hospital equipment experience, and strong communication and safety compliance skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
• 4–6 years hands-on experience troubleshooting medical equipment in hospital/clinical settings.
• Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 medical device quality system standards and requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support and repair for ZOLL product lines at customer hospitals and service centers.
• Schedule and perform Planned Preventive Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and testing of product lines.
• Provide technical training of ZOLL product to distributors or clinical staff as directed.
• Maintain service documentation and device service history in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
