Job summary

ZOLL Medical Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for a Depot Technician who will provide high-quality technical service and support for ZOLL medical devices at the service depot. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and calibration to ensure equipment safety and reliability.

You will maintain service documentation, support quality compliance with ISO13485 and GDPMDS, manage depot workflow, and contribute to continuous improvement while working

Qualifications

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience servicing medical devices or similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electronic and electromechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO13485, service documentation, and quality compliance.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, perform preventive maintenance, upgrade software, and calibrate ZOLL medical devices.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and update records in company systems.
• Support asset sighting and audits to ensure ISO13485 and GDPMDS compliance.
• Coordinate and manage service depot workflow for efficient turnaround.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S principles.
• Provide operational support to the Service Manager and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all service activities comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.
