Job summary

An established recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a technician to explore and implement new tools for board level repairs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PCBA defects and refurbishing electronic units. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in a relevant discipline and at least one year of experience in electronics engineering. The position offers a contract of 1 year, renewable, with a salary range of $3,000-$4,500 and working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Explore and implement new tools for board level repair.
• Perform defect troubleshooting on PCBA and equipment setup.
• Conduct failure analysis of defect boards for applications.
• Refurbish electronic units and assemblies.

Skills

Knowledge in Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Knowledge and experience on printed circuit boards assembly (PCBA) troubleshooting

Experience in product level testing and debugging

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Education

Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline

Job Responsibilities:

• Explore and implement new tools and machine to upkeep the board level repair at the highest state of availability and readiness.
• Perform defect troubleshooting on PCBA level & equipment setup for testing or analysis.
• Perform failure analysis of defect boards use for both sea and land application.
• Perform refurbishment of electronics unit/assemblies

Period:

• 1 year contract (renewable)
  

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri: 8am – 5.30pm
• $3,000-$4500
