Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking an Electronics Maintenance Engineer to manage end-to-end maintenance, repair, and technical support of electronics systems at Ang Mo Kio. The role focuses on ensuring operational readiness, system availability, and compliance with defence programme requirements.

You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and perform workshop repairs with adherence to safety standards and TURN-AROUND TIMES.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in electronics/electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant maintenance/support experience for Engineer role; 5+ years for Senior Engineer.
• Experience with maintenance documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electronics systems and sub-systems.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and workshop-level repairs.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and test jigs for reliable operations.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end maintenance, repair, and technical support of electronics systems and sub-systems to ensure operational readiness, system availability, and compliance with contractual and defence programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electronics systems and sub-systems in accordance with approved technical procedures and safety standards.


• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and workshop-level repairs to restore system functionality within stipulated Turn-Around Time (TAT).


• Maintain and ensure serviceability of tools, test equipment, and test jigs to support reliable maintenance operations.


• Provide technical support and conduct training to internal teams and customers to ensure effective system operation and sustainment.


• Ensure all maintenance and support activities comply with contractual Scope of Work, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.


• Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on technical, logistics, and operational matters (e.g., quotations, invoicing, shipping documentation).


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, reduce downtime, and improve maintenance efficiency. (Suggested enhancement for defence context)


• Undertake additional operational or project-related duties as assigned to support programme delivery and business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered for Engineer role)


• Engineer: 2–5 years of relevant maintenance/support experience


• Senior Engineer: 5+ years of relevant experience, including independent troubleshooting and stakeholder management


• Strong knowledge of electronic systems maintenance, diagnostics, and repair


• Proficiency in use of test equipment and diagnostic tools


• Experience working with maintenance documentation, technical manuals, and SOPs


• Familiarity with mission-critical systems or regulated environments preferred


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work under time constraints to meet TAT and operational demands


• Systems troubleshooting and fault isolation
