Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking a hands-on electronics technician to troubleshoot, repair and service electronic equipment and circuit boards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires soldering, PCB/SMT repair, reading basic diagrams, and the ability to work independently or with a team while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on electronics repair experience.
• Experience in soldering and replacing components on PCB/SMT.
• Able to identify and replace faulty components and read simple diagrams.

Responsibilities

Location: Woodlands Industrial Park E5
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: From $2,500 per month (commensurate as per experience) + AWS

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (between 8am - 6pm)

What You Will Do (Industrial Machinery)

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment and circuit boards (Components Level Repair)

• Find out why equipment or circuit boards are not working properly

• Identify faulty electronic parts and replace them

• Carry out soldering and repair work on circuit boards

• Repair and replace small electronic components

• Use testing equipment to check and confirm faults

• Test repaired equipment to make sure it is working properly

• Carry out basic maintenance and repair of electronic equipment

• Perform basic mechanical repair when required

• Check the quality of completed repair work

• Keep tools and work areas clean and organised

• Follow workplace safety procedures

• Work independently and with the team when required
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair or technician work

• Experience in soldering and replacing electronic components on circuit boards (PCB / SMT rework) is preferred.

• Able to identify and replace faulty electronic components

• Able to use basic electronic testing equipment

• Able to read simple circuit diagrams or technical drawings

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Careful and patient when handling small electronic parts

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
