Job summary

TOOFDOCTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive clinic support role to ensure patient comfort and smooth operations across five clinics.

You will assist the dentist during treatment, maintain sterility and cleanliness of equipment, handle reception duties, appointments, and patient inquiries, with weekend/evening shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin language ability preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Pro-active with willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience in dental industry is advantageous; fresh candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of dental equipment.
• Ensure high standard of infection control.
• Manage dental supplies ordering when stock is low.
• Perform clinic reception duties: patient records and appointment bookings.
• Handle telephone enquiries and patient bookings.
• Arrange appointments and reminders for follow-ups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

You will play an important part in ensuring our patients' comfort . To do that you will need to work together with your colleagues in the clinic, be meticulous to ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared (clean and stocked, equipment issterilised, etc) and treat patients with empathy and care while working side by side with the dental surgeon in the treatment room.

We are looking for someone who is pro-active and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. It's a 5-day work week, but you should also be willing to work on weekends and evenings.

Things you need to do:

• Assists the dentist during the dental treatment;
• Maintains and ensures cleanliness of all dental equipments;
• Ensures high standard of infectionmcontrol;
• Informs and assists to order the dental supplies when the supplies are low in stock;
• Performs clinic reception duties such as keeping patients' records and fixing appointments for the patients;
• Handles telephone enquiries and bookings for the patients;
• Arranges and informs the patients for appointments and remind them for follow-up treatments;
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned to him/ her.

Things you need to have:

• Minimum 'N'/ 'O' Levels or equivalent
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Preferably able to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with and assist Mandarin-speaking patients
• Willing to work on BOTH Weekends (if needed) and evenings
• Experience in dental industry will be advantageous, candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
