Job summary

TOOFDOCTOR Dental Surgeons in Singapore is seeking a proactive Clinic Receptionist/Assistant to support the dental team. You will assist the dentist during treatments, maintain equipment cleanliness, manage patient records, appointments, and handle front-desk enquiries with empathy.

We value meticulous attention to infection control, good communication, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum N or O Levels or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin ability preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental treatment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dental equipment and infection control.
• Handle patient records, bookings, and front-desk communications.
• Inform and assist with ordering dental supplies when stock is low.
• Appointments scheduling and reminder communications.
