Smilepoint Dental in Singapore is seeking a friendly front desk associate to join our team. You will welcome patients, manage check-in/out, coordinate the appointment schedule, and handle calls with care. The role runs on a 5-day work week with day shifts from 8:30am to 6:15pm and two rest days weekly.

No dental experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided, with opportunities for progression and pay increases over time as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Local diploma or degree in any field required or preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
• No prior dental experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.
• Coordinate the appointment schedule and follow-ups.
• Answer calls and messages.
• Process payments and dental claims accurately.
