Job summary

Royce Dental Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and lead the clinic team in delivering high-standard patient care.

You will coordinate staff, manage records, and ensure MOH compliance while enhancing the patient experience. The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a dental/healthcare setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of clinic supervisory or management experience in dental/healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Medisave and CHAS workflows is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective daily operations of the clinic.
• Provide support across roles, including assisting in chairside duties.
• Improve customer service and patient experience.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and MOH/privacy compliance.
• Organize staff induction, training, and onboarding.
• Maintain staff records, attendance, leave, and certifications.
• Plan and document clinic meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Lead a cohesive clinic team culture through consistent leadership.
• Oversee patient feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
• Respond to patient queries in a courteous, empathetic manner.
• Build relationships with patients and clinicians.
• Improve clinic productivity and promote cost control.
• Manage facilities, equipment, inventory, and supplies.
• Coordinate repair or replacement of dental equipment.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Zone Manager.
