Job summary

DENTAL FOCUS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior clinician to provide clinical supervision and design workflows for a modern, digitally equipped dental clinic.

You will lead Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) to ensure high-quality patient care with strict infection control. The role involves managing daily clinic operations, implementing efficient processes, and coordinating a trained team to meet clinical goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in public service dental settings is an added advantage
• Proficiency in General Dentistry beyond SAP / CAP / EXO systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical dental operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with infection control standards
• Manage daily operations of the dental clinic to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
• Design and implement clinical and operational workflows to optimize service delivery
• Lead and coordinate a team of well-trained Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) to achieve clinical goals
• Utilize digital records systems to maintain accurate and secure patient information
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols in a modern clinical environment
