Job summary

Royce Dental Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a motivated dental assistant to support dentists on duty, assist in procedures, sterilize instruments, and help maintain a clean, organized operatories.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience, is willing to work night shifts and weekends, and is computer literate. On-the-job training will be provided for candidates with no prior dental experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist dental surgeons during procedures.
• Wash, sterilize and store dental instruments.
• Take X-rays for assessment and treatment planning.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of treatment rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of dental instruments.
• Send, receive and monitor cases sent to dental laboratories.
• Ensure sufficient dental material stock.
• Ad hoc duties as requested by Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

• To provide assistance in all forms of dental procedures to the dental surgeon(s) on duty promptly.
• To wash, sterilize and store all appropriate dental instrument and equipment.
• To take x-rays for assessment and treatment planning.
• To maintain cleanliness and neatness of treatment rooms at all times.
• To maintain cleanliness of dental instrument.
• To send, receive and monitor cases that are sent to dental laboratories.
• To make sure there is sufficient dental material stock.
• Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Supervisor

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience is an advantage
