CÉ LA VI Singapore is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to own a station, maintaining quality, pace and presentation through every service on our iconic 57th-floor kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Chef de Partie in a fast, demanding environment.

You’ll join a young, international team with strong mentorship and clear pathways to progress to Chef de Partie and beyond, in a home-grown brand that welcomes the world.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for cooking with fundamentals mastered.
• Know food safety standards and hygiene well and live by them.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own your station and maintain quality, pace and presentation.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Chef de Partie to ensure consistency.
• Support junior cooks and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene across shifts.
