Job summary

Expertise Delivered is seeking an Automation Engineer for a 1-year contract in Singapore to optimize and maintain DeltaV-based automation in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will design, develop, and implement systems to support compliant production.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation, with at least 3 years' DeltaV experience in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of DeltaV experience in pharma or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Singapore for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement DeltaV automation for pharma manufacturing.
• Collaborate with process engineering, QA, and operations to meet automation needs.
• Troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime.
• Support validation and commissioning per GMP/FDA.
• Document configurations, changes, and test results.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost automation reliability.
