Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Traffic Controller in Singapore to manage daily delivery operations from our Jurong East hub.

The role involves planning routes, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring on-time deliveries with accurate records. A basic salary of SGD 3,500–4,000 plus allowances is offered, with a 5.5 day work week (Mon–Fri, Sat half day) and on-site duties. You will monitor deliveries, liaise with customers, and supervise drivers, ensuring optimal performance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations or traffic management.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly delivery jobs to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor ongoing deliveries and resolve delays or operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with drivers on job assignments, routes, schedules and special requirements.
• Track job progress and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Liaise with customers on delivery arrangements, updates and additional charges.
• Monitor operational costs and ensure all billable charges are properly documented.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and servicing schedules to minimize breakdowns.
• Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, manage attendance and performance issues, and elevate major concerns when necessary.
