Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) PTE LTD seeks a Traffic Controller in Singapore's Pioneer area to coordinate and manage a team of prime mover drivers, plan daily jobs, and monitor progress.

This full-time role requires strong English and Mandarin, at least 5 years in logistics/traffic control, and MS Office proficiency. Shifts include morning and afternoon; salary up to SGD 3,900 per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or A-Level.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant logistics/traffic control experience.
• Good command of English and Mandarin for communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and routes.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with PSA Portnet / Haulier Community System is an advantage.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a team of prime mover drivers.
• Plan and assign daily jobs efficiently.
• Monitor job progress and driver movements.
• Coordinate trucking arrangements and depot bookings.
• Handle operational documentation and systems.
• Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Support smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
