Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Singapore routes.

Responsibilities

• Manage islandwide delivery within Singapore and plan delivery schedules.
• Lead a team of delivery drivers and ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate between Sales and Warehouse on deliveries and follow-up.
• Liaise with customers via email or phone for delivery/collection arrangements.
• Resolve delivery issues and urgent cases as needed.
• Ensure delivery information is accurate and timely.
• Explore third-party logistics opportunities for delivery management.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance with regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
