Job summary

Prism+ is seeking an Operations Executive to plan, organize, and direct daily operations, coordinating deliveries, fleet activities, and warehousing with internal and external teams to ensure timely execution and reporting.

The role requires at least 1 year in ceiling fan operations, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will also assist with route planning, vehicle maintenance, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising delivery fleets and drivers.
• Operational management experience.
• At least 1 year in ceiling fan operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery fleet operations and drivers.
• Assist daily logistics and warehousing activities.
• Plan manpower for daily deliveries.
• Evaluate and report delivery metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate with drivers and plan routing.
• Maintain driver data (leaves, hours, vehicle operability).
• Daily and monthly reporting of delivery performance.
