Job summary

SVGROUP PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage daily warehouse and last-mile operations in Singapore.

You will supervise parcel handling, loading, dispatch, and delivery tracking, ensuring on-time service and accurate records. You will plan manpower deployment, schedule deliveries, monitor performance, address delays, and coordinate with clients and internal teams while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, transport or last-mile delivery.
• Supervisory or team-management experience.
• Experience with manpower planning and dispatch scheduling.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with WMS or delivery platforms.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to service disruptions.
• Willing to work at locations in Singapore and support schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and delivery workflows including receiving, sorting, staging, loading and dispatch.
• Plan manpower deployment, delivery schedules and vehicle allocation according to parcel volumes.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, drivers and delivery teams with clear work instructions.
• Monitor delivery completion, investigate delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate parcel movement records, proof-of-delivery and operational reports.
• Coordinate with clients and teams to address service requirements and exceptions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for parcel handling, dispatch and delivery coordination.
• Monitor expenses, resource utilization and productivity; suggest improvements.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Report performance, staffing needs and service concerns to the Director.

• - Supervise warehouse personnel, drivers and delivery teams, providing clear work instructions and monitoring performance.

• - Maintain accurate parcel movement records, proof-of-delivery records and operational reports.
• - Coordinate with clients and operational teams to address service requirements, complaints and delivery exceptions.
• - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for parcel handling, dispatch and delivery coordination.
• - Monitor operating expenses, resource utilisation and productivity, and recommend practical improvements.
• - Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with applicable company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• - Report operational performance, staffing needs and service concerns to the Director.

Requirements

• - Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• - At least three years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or last-mile delivery operations.
• - Relevant supervisory or team-management experience.
• - Working knowledge of manpower planning, dispatch scheduling, vehicle allocation and delivery performance monitoring.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with delivery management platforms or warehouse management systems.
• - Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• - Ability to coordinate multiple operational priorities and respond effectively to service disruptions.
• - Willingness to work at assigned operational locations in Singapore and support operational schedules.
