Job summary

SVGroup in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and last-mile operations, ensuring timely parcel processing, accurate records and adherence to SOPs.

You will lead drivers and warehouse staff, coordinate with clients, and drive efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance across assigned Singapore locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin or related field.
• At least three years' logistics, warehousing, transport or last-mile delivery ops.
• Proven supervisory or team-management experience.
• Working knowledge of manpower planning and dispatch scheduling.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with delivery/WMS platforms.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to operate at Singapore locations and support schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and delivery workflows, including parcel receiving, sorting and dispatch.
• Plan manpower deployment, delivery schedules and vehicle allocation.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, drivers and delivery teams with clear instructions.
• Monitor delivery completion, investigate delays and coordinate corrective action.
• Maintain accurate parcel movement and proof-of-delivery records.
• Coordinate with clients and operations teams on service requirements and complaints.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for parcel handling and delivery coordination.
• Monitor operating expenses, resource utilization and productivity.
• Promote safe working practices and regulatory compliance.
• Report performance, staffing needs and service concerns to the Director.

• - Plan manpower deployment, delivery schedules and vehicle allocation according to parcel volumes and client requirements.
• - Supervise warehouse personnel, drivers and delivery teams, providing clear work instructions and monitoring performance.
• - Monitor delivery completion, investigate delays and unsuccessful deliveries, and coordinate corrective action.
• - Maintain accurate parcel movement records, proof-of-delivery records and operational reports.
• - Coordinate with clients and operational teams to address service requirements, complaints and delivery exceptions.
• - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for parcel handling, dispatch and delivery coordination.
• - Monitor operating expenses, resource utilisation and productivity, and recommend practical improvements.
• - Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with applicable company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• - Report operational performance, staffing needs and service concerns to the Director.

Requirements

• - Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• - At least three years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or last-mile delivery operations.
• - Relevant supervisory or team-management experience.
• - Working knowledge of manpower planning, dispatch scheduling, vehicle allocation and delivery performance monitoring.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with delivery management platforms or warehouse management systems.
• - Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• - Ability to coordinate multiple operational priorities and respond effectively to service disruptions.
• - Willingness to work at assigned operational locations in Singapore and support operational schedules.
